- Digital Products
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly or shortly after payment verification, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense. Therefore, once access to a digital product, download link, template, course, or educational material has been delivered, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances.
- Courses & Mentorship Programs
Payments made for mentorship programs, consulting sessions, digital courses, workshops, or educational services are also strictly non-refundable once:
- Access to the program has been granted
- Onboarding has started
- Course materials or frameworks have been shared
- A live session or consultation has taken place
- Exceptions & Technical Issues
While we do not provide refunds for change of mind, lack of usage, or failure to achieve expected results, we are committed to ensuring that customers receive the products they purchased successfully.
We will provide support, replacement files, or manual assistance if:
- A file is corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible
- A technical issue prevents delivery or access
- A duplicate payment was accidentally charged due to a payment gateway issue
- A verified manual payment was completed but product access was not delivered properly
Duplicate charges caused by technical payment errors may be refunded after verification.

If you experience any issues downloading, accessing, or opening your purchased product, please contact our support team immediately with your payment details or proof of purchase. We will manually verify your transaction and ensure you receive working access to your purchased files or services.
- Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase

- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Failure to implement strategies or educational frameworks
- Incompatibility with outdated or unsupported devices/software
